Little Garth - Normanby, Sinnington, York, North Yorkshire, YO62 6RH

Welcome to Little Garth in Normanby, a Grade II listed cottage, (circa 1855), beautifully renovated in 2007. Retaining much of its original nineteenth century character, Little Garth features oak-beamed ceilings, an open fire and plenty of period charm. Accommodating up to five people, the cottage is wonderfully cosy but there are one or two low doorways so if you are tall, do be careful. The cottage is well equipped, attractively decorated and furnished to a high standard. There is a small garden at the front of the cottage and to the rear, a larger enclosed garden with paved seating area and barbecue. Dogs, by prior arrangement, are welcome too.

Little Garth achieved a gold award for excellence from cottages 4 you in October 2014.

Normanby, North Yorkshire

Normanby is a small village surrounded by open farmland in the Vale of Pickering just ten miles north of the market town of Malton. The River Seven runs through the village on its way from Rosedale to the River Rye. The town of Kirkbymoorside lies a further five miles to the north and when approaching from the south, the purple heather of the North Yorkshire Moors can be seen in the distance.
